Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the CollageBox app ("CollageBox", "we", "us"). By downloading or using CollageBox you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The app

CollageBox lets you make collages, story and post designs, carousels and grid splits from your own photos using our templates, fonts, stickers and other design elements ("Content"). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

• CollageBox is free to download. CollageBox PRO and PRO Studio are auto-renewing subscriptions offered weekly or yearly, at the prices shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is shown, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Content unlocked by watching ads in the free version may be time-limited, as described in the app.

3. Your content

Your photos and the designs you create belong to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the photos and text you use and for what you share. Don't use CollageBox to create anything unlawful, infringing, harassing or harmful.

4. Our Content

Templates, artwork, fonts, stickers, sample photos and the app itself are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them inside designs you make with CollageBox, including for personal posts and, with PRO Studio, for promoting your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or extract Content on its own (for example selling templates or sticker packs), or use it to build a competing product. Sample photos shown in templates are placeholders for your own photos and may not be used on their own.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they link to.

6. Third-party services

Sharing to other apps such as Instagram or TikTok is subject to those services' own terms. CollageBox is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or any other platform it works with.

7. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, copy, modify or interfere with the app, bypass purchases or ad requirements, or use it in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features and Content, and may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

9. Disclaimer

CollageBox is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep backups of anything important; deleting the app deletes projects stored in it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending use

You can stop using CollageBox at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

12. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for investigating or defending third-party intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
