Data deletion

Effective 1 October 2026

CollageBox has no accounts, and your photos and designs are stored only on your device. Here is how to remove everything.

Delete your projects and app data

1. To remove a single project, open Projects, tap Select, choose the projects and tap Delete selected.
2. To remove everything, delete the app: press and hold the CollageBox icon, then tap Remove App → Delete App. This permanently deletes your projects, brand kit and settings from your phone.

Designs you already saved to your photo library or shared to other apps are not affected. Delete them there if you no longer want them.

Advertising data

To stop your advertising identifier being used, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn CollageBox off. You can also reset the identifier from your device settings.

Subscription records

Purchases are managed by Apple. To cancel a subscription, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

To ask us to delete purchase records held by our subscription provider (RevenueCat), or any emails you sent to support, email support@collagebox.app with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
